We are happy to answer your question. You can switch between riding modes or other settings via the quick function button on the left side of the handle. It has 4 riding modes — Walk,ECO, Driving, Sport mode — as well as switch on/off the light, press the horn, and other operations.
- Is there a way to control the side lights?
We are implementing a single button to control all of the lights so that when you turn on the light button, the side lights will light up at the same time.
- If the tires go bald? Can you change them?

- How to get into the P settings?
A: You can press the power switch button and the horn botton at the same time to enter the settings page. One click the horn button to switch the settings. Double click the horn button to confirm the settings. One click the speed button to adjust parameter to 0.

Why does it fail to connect to Circooter App multiple times based on the instruction manual?
1. How to open the electric scooter Bluetooth?
（1) Turn on the mobile phone's Bluetooth, Circooter App, and mobile phone WiFi to start searching for the matching scooter. If the matching is successful, the Bluetooth logo on the scooter's display will light up;
(2) If the Bluetooth logo does not light up, it means that your connection failed. It may be because the scooter you purchased has already been connected to a mobile phone;
(3) When connecting a new phone, you need to press eight times in succession after turning on the phone. After hearing a beep sound, the factory mode has been restored, and you can try to connect your phone again in the first step. (The video instruction for this step is as follows)

So I've had the scooter few weeks now and I will say one of the best buys I've had in years I'm 148kg 6ft1 I've been using it daily and my size I get 19mph really easy
on a flat with no cars in way I've hit 23.5mph felt so much faster I would definitely recommend it my only down side is the light I've only ridern at night 2 times and got shouted at both times to turn lights down as to bright but can't it's on off or flashing would like to know if any way to dim but not a problem really as don't intend to use at night

Ordered an R3 off-road scooter from Circooter and had a great experience. Had a few questions about how to set it up to top speed, but quickly solved by customer service in time! So much quicker and has better battery life. So far I am really enjoying it!

This was my first purchase from Circooter and it was the best shopping experience ever! I didn’t fully realize how good the experience was until I received the R3 e-scooter. When I opened the box, I tried to test it in my yard. The R3 is an amazing scooter. Riding it is like floating over the road. It’s super comfortable and powerful at the same time.
